ALEXANDER WELCOMES OLYMPIC TORCH

Responding to the release of the details of the Olympic Torch route through Scotland, Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch & Strathspey MP Danny Alexander said:

"I am looking forward to joining the Badenoch and Strathspey Sports Council in June when we will welcome the Olympic Torch to our area on its journey across the UK.

"It is a great opportunity not only for those who have the honour of carrying the torch but also a real opportunity for us to connect with the Olympics."
