HIGHLAND LIB DEM TEAM GET OFF TO A FLYING START IN THE STRATH

Highlanders, Danny Alexander MP; Gregor Rimell (council candidate for Badenoch & Strathspey); and former councillor Stuart Black, meet local people in Aviemore and Grantown.

Local MP Danny Alexander says:

'Gregor and Stuart have been very effective local councillors, speaking up for the Strath and getting things done locally as part of the strong local Liberal Democrat team.

'Stuart is stepping down after 20 years in elected office. He has served this community with distinction for all of that time, and will be sorely missed. As the positive reaction we had on the doorstep in Grantown showed, Gregor Rimell will get a lot of support locally in May and I look forward to working with him in the years to come.'
